This policy explains how Digital Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Sortango.
Information we handle
Sortango does not require an account and does not ask for your name, address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Game progress, settings, lives, coins, and booster balances are stored on your device.
As online features are added, Sortango and its service providers may process:
- gameplay and app-interaction data, such as level starts, completions, failures, session duration, and feature usage;
- device and advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and ad interaction data;
- diagnostic data, including crash logs, performance information, device model, operating system, and app version; and
- purchase and subscription status supplied by the app store. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
How information is used
We use information to operate and improve the game, remember progress, understand performance, diagnose crashes, prevent fraud, provide support, process purchases, measure marketing, and—where enabled—deliver and measure advertising.
Service providers and sharing
We may use service providers for app distribution, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, consent management, attribution, and purchases. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or measurement activity may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some privacy laws; where required, Sortango will provide consent or opt-out controls.
Retention and security
On-device game data remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Service-provider data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can reset locally stored game data by clearing Sortango’s storage or uninstalling the app. Where required, the game will offer privacy choices for advertising and related processing. You may also request access to or deletion of information associated with you by following our data deletion instructions.
Children
Sortango is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Sortango and its services change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
