Terms of Use
Effective September 10, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to Sortango, a game operated by Digital Apps LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using Sortango, you agree to these terms.
Using Sortango
You may use Sortango for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not interfere with the game, attempt unauthorized access, misuse bugs, reverse engineer except where law permits it, or use the service in a way that harms other people or violates applicable law.
Accounts and game progress
Some features may use a platform account, device identifier, or in-game identifier to maintain progress or provide support. You are responsible for keeping your device and platform account secure. Features, progress, and availability may change during development.
Virtual items and purchases
Sortango may offer virtual items or features. They have no cash value, may not be transferred outside the game, and are licensed rather than sold. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s payment and refund rules.
Ownership
Sortango, including its software, artwork, branding, audio, text, and game content, is owned by Digital Apps LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the game, maintain security, comply with law, or address technical and business needs. Sortango is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Apps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sortango. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
We may limit or terminate access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect Sortango or its players. You may stop using the game at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Sortango develops. The effective date above will change when we do. For questions, use the contact route on our support page. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
